The doctors say its either Spindle Cell Sarcoma, Fibrosarcoma, or Malignant Melonoma. All three are big bads, have poor a prognosis (afflicted dog's generally only survive a year after surgery), and are resistant to chemo.
I don't know how things could go from being so good to being so horrific.
